Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yungstreet. This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and outlines how and when you will receive your order.


1. Shipping Coverage – U.S. Only

Yungstreet currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders placed with a non-U.S. shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays) after your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Note: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

*Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping is $5.00 for all orders. 

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available. You can also track your order using the link provided in the email.


6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for a corrected address. You will be responsible for reshipment charges.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Verify the address provided during checkout
  • Contact the shipping carrier for assistance

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will evaluate and work with you to resolve the issue.


8. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to events outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.
